Once you download a gallery image, you may use it as many times as you want to, as long as that use complies with our license agreement. Both Bitsela’s free and for-purchase Gallery Images are offered under the following license agreement.
This binding agreement between you and Bitsela Artz,LLC ("Bitsela") governs your use of Bitsela's Gallery Images. By downloading an image, you agree to comply with the following licensing provisions regarding the use of that image.
You MAY
• download and store one copy of each Bitsela image for personal or organizational
use.
• use Bitsela images to create greeting cards and notepaper, announcements,
posters, banners, labels, calendars, t-shirts, invitations and similar items,
provided these items are not for resale*.
• publish Bitsela images in websites, newsletters, magazines, brochures
and in e-mail messages providing you credit Bitsela in a copyright statement.
Such as "image copyright Bitsela Artz, LLC, used with permission of bitsela.com".
You may NOT
• modify**, resell or redistribute any Bitsela image, without the written
permission of Bitsela Artz,LLC.
• use a Bitsela image in a corporate logo, an advertisement or as a book
illustration without the written permission of Bitsela Artz, LLC.
• use a Bitsela image on products for resale* without the written permission
of Bitsela Artz, LLC.
• use a Bitsela image in a website or any other work containing anti-Semitic,
hateful or pornographic content.
Bitsela images are protected by invisible and visible watermarks and by United States Copyright Law and International Treaty. All rights are reserved by Bitsela Artz,LLC. Gallery Images are the property of Bitsela Artz, LLC and/or the artist who created them.
