License Agreement for CD-ROM: Images for Building Jewish Web Sites.

This binding agreement between you and Bitsela Artz,LLC ("Bitsela") governs your use of Bitsela Artz...Images for Building Jewish Websites ("CD") By using the CD, you agree to comply with this agreement.

1. The CD, including all image files and material contained therein, is proprietary and protected by United States copyright Law and International Treaty. All rights are reserved by Bitsela.

2. If you agree with the terms of this license, Bitsela grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to copy and store the image files and other material contained on the CD onto World Wide Web ("WWW") pages which are created by you for your own use or for use on your client's pages.

3. You may transfer your right to use the CD to another person or entity if the other person or entity agrees to comply with this license. Your rights under this license will end at transfer.

4. You may not use any of the images on web pages or other works where pornographic or anti-Semitic material is presented.

5. You may not redistribute or sell the images as clip art or web art.

6. You may not(reproduce the CD or)use the CD on more than one computer at a time.

7. You may not post any image to a bulletin board or WWW page where images are offered for downloading.

8. The CD, the image files and other material contained therein are provided "AS IS". Bitsela makes no warranty, express or implied, of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. All such warranties are expressly disclaimed. Bitsela makes no warranty regarding the kind or quality of image contained on the CD, or regarding the CD's compatibility with any computer, software or other equipment. Neither Bitsela nor any of its directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising out of the use or inability to use the CD.
